Accessibility

At Dublin Bus we want to provide a friendly, efficient and safe service to all our customers.

Some of our customers have a disability, which is sometimes not visible, so they need our extra care and attention.

Our public office is located at 59 Upper O’Connell Street, Dublin 1 and is fully accessible. All of our ticket counters have hearing loops and we also have a wheelchair accessible counter.
