Diversion on Routes 38, 38a, 39, 39a and 70

8 January 2025

We wish to advise customers that due to gas works on Merrion Row, the following diversion will be in place on the below times and dates:

  • From 08.00hrs until 18.00hrs on Sunday 19 January 2025.
  • From 08.00hrs until 18.00hrs on Sunday 26 January 2025.

Routes 38/a, 39/a and 70
Towards Burlington Road / UCD Belfield
Normal route to St. Stephen’s Green, Hume Street, Ely place, Baggot Street Lower and back on to normal route. Stop 748 Huguenot Cemetery, Merrion Row will not be in use during this time, please proceed to stop 747 Kildare Street, Archbishop Statue or 749 Baggot Street Lower, Pembroke Street for your nearest stop location.

Towards Damastown / Ongar / Dunboyne
Normal route.
