Clerical Officer Grade 2, Commercial Department (Sales)

Location: Dublin
Reporting to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Executive.
Salary Range:
€30,877.15 – €51,314.00 (17-year scale).
Permanent role (subject to 6 months probationary period).

Requirements:
- Third level qualification in Marketing / Digital Marketing (or similar area) is desirable.
- Experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing (desirable).
- Good understanding of the tourism industry in Dublin.
- Knowledge and understanding of inbound marketing and search engine optimisation.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, videos and podcasts is desirable.
- Good knowledge / experience of Microsoft packages.
Key Areas of responsibility (but not limited to):
- Assist Commercial Manager and marketing team on digital advertising campaigns and developing and monitor Social Media content plans.
- Maintain and develop relationship with key Dublin tourist attractions.
- Liaise with online accommodation providers, ticket agents and online travel agents in relation to Dublin Bus tours.
- Responsible for branding and content on DoDublin.ie and DoDublin social media sites.
- Edit content and layout and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor search engine optimisation for DoDublin.ie.
- Monitor social media channels and online community management.
