Northern Orbitals

The new N4 and N6

Northern Orbitals

Phase 3 of the BusConnects Network redesign launches on 29 May 2022.

The network redesign is continuing to improve the existing bus network.

New routes N4 and N6 will bring increased capacity, frequency and more connections across the TFI network.

The N4, a 24-hour service operated by Dublin Bus, will connect Blanchardstown to The Point Village via Finglas, Glasnevin, DCU and Clontarf.

And the N6, operated by Go-Ahead Ireland, will connect Finglas to Howth Junction via Santry, Beaumont Hospital, and Coolock.

The introduction of these new routes will coincide with the removal of existing Route 31d operated by Dublin Bus and Route 17a operated by Go-Ahead Ireland.
