Dublin Bus is committed to providing an accessible service for all our customers, as demonstrated by the Travel Assistance Scheme.

The Travel Assistance Scheme helps people with disabilities to use public transport on their own.

If you, or someone you know may be interested in the scheme and are looking for help in planning your journey on Dublin Bus, Go-Ahead Ireland, DART or LUAS in the greater Dublin area, our dedicated team of travel assistants are here to help.

The Travel Assistance Scheme is a free service and available to people aged 18 or over.

For over a decade, the Travel Assistance Scheme has helped people get to the most important destination of all – Freedom. At the heart of the scheme is Roger Flood, a man who has worked tirelessly to help hundreds of Dubliners on their road to independence.
