Dublin Bus is inviting applications for the following roles:
Programme Manager
Reporting to the Head of Project Management Office the successful candidate will be:
- Responsible for successful planning and delivering the programme required for Dublin Bus to bring into operation new electric vehicles on Dublin Bus services. This will require delivery of infrastructure for bus depots, pilot testing of the new fleet, integration of new technology and organisational change
- Lead a cross-departmental team required to successfully implement the programme deliverables and changes.
- Build and motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Oversee other programmes of work to meet the needs of the Dublin Bus project portfolio
Applications are invited from candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- Professional project management qualification (PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner)
- 15+ years' experience in project/change management
- 5+ years leading programmes that impact multiple functions in an organisation
- Strong programme organisation and governance capabilities
- Experience working with vendors/contractors to deliver technology and/or infrastructure change
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and projects and managing a team of resources
- Strong working knowledge of office 365 suite, in particular SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
