Kids Go Free - Refund Process

Due to a technical fault on Dublin Bus, fares were deducted from some child leap cards on Monday 6th of July, the first day of the Kids go free promotion. All cards involved have been identified and a refund has been arranged which can be collected within the next 21 days by simply going to any Leap Card agent/store, and asking for a balance check on your Leap Card.  The refund will be automatically processed as a result of this balance check.

Dublin Bus and Leap wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused, if  customers have any problems collecting their refunds please call Dublin Bus on 01 8734 222 or Leap on 1850 824 824.
