Network Direct - Phases to be Implemented

This project is the outcome of a review of the Dublin Bus network which is the widest ranging in the history of the company and will bring significant benefits to customers. The review, which has been underway since May 2009, has involved an intensive process of route examination, public consultation and research of all routes and services in the Dublin Bus network. In addition to Routes being updated, Dublin Bus timetables are being redesigned in order to make them easier to understand and, for the first time ever, all routes will now have stop-specific departure points at selected locations ensuring greater ease in planning bus journeys. Implementation commenced in September 2010.

Phase 2 of the Network Direct Project is near completion.  Remaining areas listed below.
