On 1st December 2009, Dublin Bus signed a Public Service Contract with the National Transport Authority to provide a network of Public Service Obligation bus services across the Dublin region. The contract is for a period of 5 years. The contract requires Dublin Bus to achieve certain standards of service delivery and quality performance which will be reported to the National Transport Authority at agreed intervals.
