Today, Sarah Richards and her classmates in 1st class, St. Ultan’s Primary School, were fully entertained on their way to school by Jedward on the Dublin Bus Community Spirit Bus!

To celebrate Dublin Bus as the headline sponsor of the Dublin Bus Jedward Panto 2012, Dublin Bus teamed up with 98FM and the Evening Herald to give children from all over Dublin the chance to travel to school on the Dublin Bus Cool School Run.
In October, 98FM’s Breakfast Show ran their Cool School Run competition with a difference, with the prize giving the winner and their class the chance to travel to school with Jedward on the Dublin Bus Community Spirit Bus. On 26th October, Sarah Richards from 1st Class at St. Ultan’s Primary School, Ballyfermot was announced as the winner live on the Breakfast Show.

This is one trip to school Sarah and her friends will never forget!

Commenting on Dublin Bus’ sponsorship of this year’s panto Mary Nulty, Marketing and Information Manager for Dublin Bus, said, “We are delighted to offer Sarah and her friends this chance to meet Jedward. Each year, Dublin Bus runs a number of events with young people across Dublin under our Community Spirit Initiative so we believe that sponsoring this year’s panto would add an extra touch of magic to the 2012 programme.”

The Dublin Bus Panto, Jedward and the Magic Lamp will run from December 19th 2012 to January 6th 2013 at the Olympia Theatre.

Following on from the record breaking sell-out success of last year's show, Jedward will once again be joined by the wonderful Linda Martin, the outrageous Alan Kavanagh and a hundred strong cast.

The Dublin Bus Jedward Panto is promoted by Pat Egan and Brian Hand and is produced and choreographed by Stuart O'Connor and Ciara Armstrong of Spotlight Productions and directed by Christine Scarry.  The show promises to be a spectacular action packed Christmas Panto for all the family.  The Dublin Bus Jedward Panto will feature an all singing, all dancing cast!  The script will be written by the hugely successful scriptwriter, broadcaster and journalist Fiona Looney. Tickets are on sale now from Ticketmaster and usual outlets Nationwide.
