Wrap Up in Culture on Friday 20 September as venues and public spaces across Dublin City open their doors to host a programme of entertainment for Culture Night 2019. We are proud to support Culture Night for our 14th year as the official transport partner. Supporting cultural initiatives and events throughout the city is an opportunity for us to assist and partner with initiatives that benefit our communities.
Culture Night Dublin returns with its biggest programme to date. Over 300 venues are participating, with upwards of 500 events for locals and visitors to enjoy. We’re here to help you soak up the culture by providing FREE Culture Night buses around the city, along two tailored routes to keep you in the centre of the action.
Bus routes 1 and 2 will operate from 18.00 to 23.00, departing every 20 minutes. The last bus will depart at 22.40 to be at outermost venue for pick-up at 23.00.

Culture Night Tours you won’t want to miss include our DoDublin Ghostbus Tour, as well as the LGBT+ History Tour with Tonie Walsh leading a walking tour of historic queer Dublin, Record Store Tour, Dublin Ghostsigns Tour, and Treasure Hunt in Georgian Dublin.
Culture Night’s 2019 programme has something to offer for all, wherever your interests lie. Growing year after year, Culture Night features a kaleidoscopic display of the very best of what Dublin has to offer in creativity. Highlights in the capital this year include getting an insight into the history of Áras an Uachtaráin; whisking yourself away to different worlds while exploring the costume, design, props, and archival material on show at the Abbey Theatre; hearing the stories behind every cup in Bewley’s Grafton Street; trying your hand at pulling your own limited edition print at Damn Fine Print; dusting off your dancing shoes for workshops with Dance Ireland; taking an exclusive peak at the lavishly decorated ceremonial meeting rooms and Masonic museum at the Freemasons’ Hall; and brushing up on a cúpla focal with Gaelchultúr. Seek out the culture around every corner, and you’ll never know what you might find.
