Due to the construction of the Fun Fair, Merrion Square West is closed from 19:00hrs on Wednesday 16th to 06:00hrs on Friday 18th March 2015 and again on Friday 18th March at 19:00hrs to Monday 21st March 06:00hrs. The following diversions will be in place during this time.

Also please note there will be additional diversions in place on Saturday 19th to Monday 21st March.  Diversions are listed further down this page.

Routes 44, 61 towards Merrion Square
Normal route to Merrion Street Lower then divert to Merrion Square North/East/South to Merrion Street Upper and back on to normal route.
 
City Tour:
Normal route to Merrion Street Lower then divert left to Merrion Square North, Merrion Square East, Merrion Square South, Merrion Street Upper and back on to normal route.

The Big Day Out at Merrion Square South & Funfair at Merrion Square West  from 17:00hrs Saturday 19th March to 06:00hrs Monday 21st March

Routes 25, 25a and 25b towards City Centre
Normal route to Merrion Row, then divert straight to Baggot Street, left to Fitzwilliam Street Lower and terminate.

Routes 26, 66/a and 67 towards City Centre
Normal route to Nassau Street, then divert via Kildare Street, left to Merrion Row, Baggot Street, left to Fitzwilliam Street Lower and terminate.

Route 44 and 61 heading southbound
Normal route to Merrion Street Lower then divert to Merrion Square North/East, Fitzwilliam Street, Leeson Street to Junction of St Stephens Green and back on to normal route.
