Due to the construction of the Fun Fair, Merrion Square West is closed from 20:00hrs on Thursday 12th to 18:00hrs on Wednesday 18th March 2015. The following diversions will be in place during this time.

Also please note there will be additional diversions in place on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th March.  Diversions are listed further down this page.

Routes 26, 66/a/b and 67 towards Merrion Square
Normal route to Nassau Street then divert right to Kildare Street left to Merrion Row, Baggot St., Merrion Square South and terminate.
 
City Tour:
Normal route to Merrion Street Lower then divert left to Merrion Square North, Merrion Square East, Merrion Square South, Merrion Street Upper & normal route.

The Big Day Out & Funfair at Merrion Square South, East, West and Upper Merrion Street  from 19:00hrs Saturday 14th March to 23:00hrs Sunday 15th March

Route 44 and 61 heading southbound
Normal route to D’Olier Street then divert to College Green, Nassau Street, Kildare Street, St. Stephen’s Green and back on to normal route.

Routes 25, 25a and 25b towards City Centre
Normal route to Merrion Row, then divert straight to Baggot St., left to Fitzwilliam St. Lower and terminate.

Routes 26, 66/a and 67 towards City Centre
Normal route to Nassau Street, then divert via Kildare St., left to Merrion Row, Baggot St., left to Fitzwilliam St. Lower and terminate.
