The network redesign is continuing to improve the existing bus network with the launch of Phase 4.
New routes G1, G2 and Route 60, operated by Dublin Bus will bring increased capacity, frequency and more connections across the TFI network.
Routes G1 and G2, operating 24-hour services, operate to Spencer Dock via Ballyfermot and the city centre. The G1 will operate from Red Cow Luas and the G2 will operate from Liffey Valley Shopping Centre.
Route 60 connects Red Cow Luas to Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Clondalkin via Cherry Orchard, Ballyfermot, Decies Rd., Islandbridge, and the city centre.
Route 60 will have two additional departures between Sir John Rogerson’s Quay and Cherry Orchard only:
- 08.40 from Cherry Orchard (Stop 7869) towards Sir John Rogerson’s Quay.
- 16.00 from Sir John Rogerson’s Quay towards Cherry Orchard.
These new routes coincide with the removal of Routes 79, 79a, and the western part of Route 40 between Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and the city centre. Route 13 and Route 40d will also benefit from revised timetables.
