Dublin Bus wishes to advise customers that in order to facilitate the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on O’Connell Street, the below diversion will be in place from 13:00hrs to 20:00hrs on Sunday 29th November 2015.
Routes 1, 4, 7, 9, 11, 13, 16, 38/a, 40, 44, 46a, 122 and 140 Northbound
Normal route to O’ Connell Bridge then divert via Eden Quay, Beresford Place, Gardiner Street, Parnell Street to Parnell Square and back on to normal route. Please proceed to bus stops at Parnell Square West.
Routes 1, 4, 7, 9, 11, 13, 16, 38/a, 40, 44, 46a, 122 and 140 Southbound
Normal Route to junction with Cathal Brugha Street then divert left to Cathal Brugha Street, right to Marlborough Street, Rosie Hackett Bridge, Burgh Quay to D’Olier Street and back on to normal route. Please proceed to bus stops at D’Olier Street.
Routes 33 and 41 Towards City Centre
Normal route to O' Connell Street then divert as above until junction with Abbey Street and left back on to normal route.
Route 123 Northbound
Follow route as listed above to Gardiner Street then left onto Sean McDermott Street, right onto Cumberland Street right onto Parnell Street and normal route.
Route 123 Southbound
Normal route to Parnell Street then left to Marlborough Street, Rosie Hackett Bridge, Burgh Quay to D’Olier Street and back on to normal route. Please proceed to bus stops at D’Olier Street.
Route 747 Southbound
Normal route to Sean Mc Dermott Street then left to Marlborough Street, Rosie Hackett Bridge, Burgh Quay to D’Olier Street and back on to normal route.
Route 747 Northbound
Normal route to O’Connell Bridge then divert via Eden Quay, Beresford Place and back on to normal route at Bus Aras.
City Tours
From Parnell Square North then divert left to Cathal Brugha Street, right to Marlborough Street, Rosie Hackett Bridge, Burgh Quay to D’Olier Street and back on to normal route.
