On Monday 29 January, Dublin Bus in conjunction with the National Transport Authority (NTA) and Dublin City Council (DCC) announced a number of route changes in the College Green area. These changes reduced the number of buses in this area but following a period of monitoring and in order to alleviate further delays to Dublin Bus customers additional changes will be implemented.

From Monday 5 March, changes will be made to 10 Dublin Bus routes that currently operate through the College Green/College Street area. These include:

Routes 4, 7/a, 84x, 116, 118 and 145

Routes 44, 51d, 120 and 142

Dublin Bus will continue to work with Dublin City Council and the National Transport Authority on solutions to alleviate delays being experienced by our customers. Any further solutions proposed must involve all transport modes, which operate in the city centre and must have a balanced approach.
