Diversions due to Rock'n'Roll Half Marathon

Dublin Bus wishes to advise customers that due to The Rock’n’Roll Half Marathon taking place on Monday 4th August 2014 the following diversions will be in place from approximately 08:00hrs to 11:30hrs.

In addition to the diversion all North and South City Centre crossings including O’Connell Bridge, Butt Bridge and Memorial Bridge will be closed as the race passes.  Please expect delays during this time.

Routes 25a/b from 08:30hrs
Towards Lucan

Normal route to Church Lane then divert left to Dame Street, High Street, Thomas Street, James’ Street, Old Kilmainham right to South Circular Road left to Con Colbert Road and back on to normal route.
Towards Merrion Square
Normal Route to Con Colbert Road then divert left to South Circular right to Conyngham Road to North Quays and back on to normal route.

Routes 37 and 39/a from 08:30hrs
Towards Blanchardstown
Normal route to O’Connell Bridge then divert straight to O’Connell Street, Parnell Square, Mountjoy Street, Berkeley Road, North Circular Road to Hanlon's Corner and back on to normal route.
Towards City Centre
Normal route.

Route 40 from 08:30hrs
Towards Liffey Valley

Normal route to Emmet Road then divert left to Tyrconnell Road, Naas Road right to Kylemore Road left to Ballyfermot Road and back on to normal route.
Towards Finglas
Normal route to Ballyfermot then divert right to Kylemore Road left to Naas Road right to Emmet Road and back on to normal route.

Routes 66/a/b and 67 from 08:30hrs
Towards Leixlip and Maynooth
 
Normal route to College Street then divert straight to Dame Street, High Street, Thomas Street, James’ Street, Old Kilmainham right to South Circular Road  left to Chapelizod Road and back on to normal route.
Towards Merrion Square
Normal Route.

Route 70 from 08:30hrs
Towards Dunboyne
Normal route to O’Connell Bridge then divert straight to O’Connell Street, Parnell Square, Mountjoy Street, Berkeley Road, North Circular Road to Hanlon's Corner and back on to normal route.
Toward City Centre
Normal route.

Route 83 from 08:30hrs
Towards Harristown
Normal route to O’Connell Bridge then divert straight to O’Connell Street, Parnell Square, Western Way, Phibsborough and back on to normal route.
Towards Kimmage
Normal route

Route 145 from 08:30hrs
Towards Heuston Station
Normal route to Church Lane then divert left to Dame Street, High Street, Thomas Street, James’ Street, Old Kilmainham right to South Circular Road right to Conyngham Road to Wolfe Tone Quay and terminate.
Towards Kilmacanogue
Depart from temporary terminus at Wolfe Tone Quay and continue on normal route.

Route 151 from 08:00hrs
Towards East Wall
Normal route to Eden Quay divert to Beresford Place, Amiens Street, North Strand left to Annesley Place right to Poplar Row, East Wall Road right to terminus at East Road.
Towards Foxborough
Normal route.

Route 747 from 08:00hrs
Towards Airport
 Depart from temporary terminus at Wolfe Tone Quay and follow normal route to Busaras then divert via Amiens Street, North Strand, Fairview, Malahide Road left to Collins Avenue right to N1 to M1 and back on to normal route.
Toward Heuston Station
Normal route to East Wall Road then divert right to Sheriff Street left to Oriel Street right to Mayor Street and then normal route to High Street. Divert again to Thomas Street, James’ Street, Old Kilmainham right to South Circular Road right to Conyngham Road to Wolfe Tone Quay and terminate.
