Dublin Bus will issue customers with annual or monthly bus only tickets and bus/Luas tickets on leap cards with a refund for the hours of lost service due to the unlawful picketing of Dublin Bus garages on 31 March 2017.
We will commence refunding once the Bus Éireann dispute has concluded.
To facilitate ease of collection, we are currently developing an online application process which will refund directly into your bank account. The system is currently undergoing security testing and will be available by mid-May. Alternatively, customers can collect their refund at our Head Office on 59, Upper O’Connell Street.
